How Product Repair Works

In case your rig does not work properly or accident happens, we strongly suggest you stop using the rig. Contact our dealer from whom you made the purchase and describe to them the problem in detail to get instructions for repair. If the purchase is done directly with Movcam please contact us directly. We strongly suggest users should not detach or disassemble the rig by themselves without getting Movcam’s or Movcam dealers’ instructions because this might affect the validity of warranty. Do not use the defective rig until it is fixed.

In case, Movcam or Movcam dealer can not offer repair instructions based on the user’s description of the problem, the rig might need to be returned to manufacturer for examination and repair.
To save time, before sending it to us please contact Movcam for repair request and send us detailed descriptions of the problem, and pictures of defective part if possible, so that we can be prepared for the examination and repair before the part in question arrives. Shipping can be made after we make estimate of possible cost on part(s) change and confirm shipping details.
It usually takes 3—5 days for us to examine and repair. Meanwhile, you can check out the repair status via email or telephone if you feel like it.
